Degenerative changes in cervical spine
I am having a pain in my neck. Only my left arm feels numb and pain so I did MRI of my brain, neck and NCV test to see if there is any problem. The report says my brain is normal but under cervical spine degenerated changes seen. Posterior disc osteophyte complex with C3 -4 and C3-5 level compressing the thecal sac and many things are given in the report which I am unable to interpret it.

Yes. Cervical Degenerative changes may cause certain problems. Also note, age related degenerative changes are fairly common and not all changes are problematic. We would need to review your history and examination along with your MRI for further advise.
