Deficiency in vitamin D
Went through a span of uncontrollable bladder, on meeting a urologist was asked to check for a deficiency in Vit D & B12 Plasma Vitamin​ D(25-OH D2 & D3): 9.70 ng/mL (ECLIA) (Deficiency<20; Insufficient<30; Desirable>30) Serum vitamin B12 at 319.00pg/mL (CLIA) (211.0000-911.0000 pg/mL) At the time of the test the issue with bladder had stopped. But as the tests show a deficiency, do I need to do anything. I do have bouts of tiredness, thats all

Do take medications for vit d replacements. Take uprise d3 tablets one tablet once a week for 4 weeks and also calcium with d3 tablet daily. Have sun exposure in morning hours and eat healthy.
