Hi
This pain is often due to some sort of an asymmetrical movement pattern that goes on for an extended period of time.
You need to stretching and strengthen the abductors by using them in the stabilizing role (standing on one leg) and moving role (moving the leg out to the side, preferably against gravity). Start consulting a physiotherapist for best relief.
Regards
Hi
It appears to be pain of nerve compression, nerve is either compressed in buttock area or spine. For confirmation you can get your MRI done and see orthopaedic doctor and physiotherapy doctor for proper management.
