Declining free psa - urology

Question

Asked for Male, 53 Years

What causes free psa ratio to drop besides cancer? Negative biopsy 2 years ago. free ratio was 17% at the time. PSA now slightly up (having dropped previously) but free psa ratio down to 8.6%. No signs of prostatitis.
