Hello experts. My daughter who is around 6 months old, her sleep during day time has significantly got reduced in last 1-2 months. She sleeps well at night from 12-8am getting up 3-4 times for few minutes for milk. However she sleeps 2-3 times a day (from 8 am to 12 at night) for a total of max 2-4 hours. Is it normal? If not, what can we do so she tries completing a good required sleep for her age?

Problem here is late night sleep to start with as she’s going to sleep at 12 midnight it can be inferred that all the family is going to sleep at that time.
Early to bed is always good to have a quality sleep.
Next Steps
Give good feeding to the chid if tummy full they sleep well.
Health Tips
Avoid screen time from evening. Switch off lights early and prepare to sleep early on the same time every day.
