Daughter has rash or heat boil
My daughter is 2 year old and has a rash or heat boils I'm not sure - on her butt/waist. I've attached a picture.
It started as an itch 2 days ago, yesterday evening I saw this rash. We had to change the diaper brand because the one she is used is not available in shops we were ordering it. Because of lockdown we had to settle for other brand.
I've applied neem oil currently as her doctor had told us a while ago for rash. But I'm not sure if this is a rash or something else.
What should I do for this?

Looks like diaper rash only dont worry u can apply neem oil and try to minimise the usage of diaper . Put momate-F cream two times a day
