Darker skin, dizziness, weak,no appetite

Hi my name Is Naomi I've been noticing these symptoms for the last 2 days I've gotten tested for HIV twice and they came back negative the darker skin started last night and the weakness started last night and I haven't had an appetite for 5 days I also have anxiety disorder
