Dark red colour blister in breast

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Suffering from pain for around one year inside the breast while not wearing upper inner garment and while opening it after a long time...but recently it's near about 3 days am observing a dark red colour big blister alike which don't have any mouth came out from the right lower part of the breast ..so, if you can kindly suggest about this matter will be obliged...
