Dark Face and Neck area

Asked for Male, 29 Years

M 30 yrs. since i remembr,my skin till neck is too dark compare 2 other bdy parts. No sun exposure. I hv consumed Valprol CR for 2-3 months. 5 yrs back i hd appendix operation. At age of 25 my BP used 2 be around + - 150/95. now on telmisartan 40 since last 4-5 months nad its + - 135/90. I doubt no proper blood supply to my face neck area. Help !!
