Hi, Am a working professional, every night I feel sleepy before 10pm, but when I try to sleep I will not be able to sleep, I will be thinking about my work, usally I won't get sleep till 2am and automatically I wake up at 7am, even after waking up I will be thinking about my work, not been able to sleep for 8 hours, and also I have dark circle around my eyes may be because of this on going issue, kindly suggest how to get 8 hours of nice sleep. Regards

Usually dark circles are due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or overexposure to sun or dryness. You are having factors together. You are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids For mental stress  do yoga and meditation
