Dark brown clots
I have a regular 28 days cycle. My LMP was on 11.01.24. I was sexually active on my fertility days from 9th day of my cycle to 16th day of my cycle. Today is my 26th day of the cycle. However Dark brown clots are coming out of my vagina in small quantities. My periods are due in 3 days. I have never experienced such a thing before. My periods are always on time. I am feeling nauseated at times and a bit tired, slight increase in body temperature. Is there anything to worry about? Is it an indication of failed pregnancy? Why are clots coming out?

You cannot be pregnant till you skip your periods
As of now you haven't skip your periods and it is unlikely that you are pregnant
you need an ultrasound to find out the reason for the clothes
