Hello I'm an Ayurveda doctor. Dandruff is indeed an irritating problem and I understand your concern. Dandruff is usually dead skin falling off from your scalp. Do everything than can improve your scalp circulation. Combing with comb having thick bristles is a good way to do that. You may use Ayurvedic oils like Dhurdhura patradi oil, Bujagalatadi etc for scalp massage for 10 to 15 min before bathing. Lightly warm the oil before applying. Always use only any herbal powder or mild Ayurvedic shampoo to wash your hair. Ask me if anything you want to know more. Good luck. Thank you.
