My son is a software professional. He is losing his hair a lot. He has lot of dandruff in hair. When contacted some have suggested PRP treatment n some BIOCELL treatment. I'm sending the photo, pls suggest what to do.
Is it enough to take DANDRUFF treatment r he shud go for any of the above treatments.
If any of the treatment is necessary shud v opt PRP or BIOCELL on the basis of safety and no side effects with effective results
If these treatments r taken what r the chances of hairfall and dandruff again

Dandruff means his scalp is dry. Hence he need to oil his scalp. Condition his roots hydrotherapy is best. Too much AC environment removes humidity . And he is not sweating at all. So he need to replace electrolytes. Ask him to drink warm water at least 8 glasses in 24 hrs . Coconut oil in scalp. Please note in scalp not hairs. Wash hairs with mild shampoo and use conditioner. No hard soap. It will help but at least he need to do it regularly
