Dancing eyes- Nystagmus
Hello Doctor I'm shamili , 34 yrs old Today when i was on video call... suddenly i observe my eye ball is moving horizontally without my knowledge But when i was seeing in the mirror. Focusing in one point then no movement in eye ball... Is this dancing eye or normal movement of eye ... I took video ...of eye movements, in video my eyes are moving but in mirror my eyes are not moving ...y this is happening like that What's wrong with it... I'm unable to understand Thank you Shamili

It can be physiological nystagmus that is normal and usually occurs on seeing in extreme gaze. A video of the eye will be helpful. Plz consult online or offline for proper diagnosis and management.

It might be squint or nystagmus , sometime when eyes are not focusing that deviation happens, but to know exactly what it is , you need to get a physical examination
