Hi i was diagnosed with pcos in 2012 after that i concieved naturally in 2013 but now my mensurational bleeding is very low morover i have gained weight approx8kg in last 3months and severe acne problem with thinning of hair and hairfall but now my reports does not show cyst in that report it is given that both ovaries have echogenic stroma .s
