Dachshund hind legs paralysed

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My 9 year old Dachshund suddenly stopped using hind legs n is paralysed. Consulted 2 doc's but they are saying no medicine no hope. It seems it's due to stroke n blood clot in brain. He is not passing motions n urine past 4 days since this happened. Doc once removed urine through cathedral.can you help?
