  4. Cysts in r. ovary. D cysts go naturally?

I hv pcod and I have been told that i hv 2 cysts in my rught ovary measuring 33*26mm and 33*31mm..And im put on birth control pill.. Ans we are trying for pregnancy.. Will d cysts go naturally? Or laproscopy will be needed.. Pls help

Take oral contraceptive pill for 3 month then get done ultrasonography to know the size of cyst .If cyst size is same not decreasing then go for puncture by laparoscope then start treatment for ovulation.
