Hello. The CT scan reports a mass in the cervix which is the lower part of uterus. Along with that there is involvement of adjacent tissue and also nodes in the pelvis and lower back. She would need a clinical examination and biopsy from the mass to confirm the nature of disease. Further treatment would depend on the pathology report. Thanks.
