  4. Cystic lesions. Is our t dangerous?

Hello sir . Recently I have done a NCCT KUB in which thin walled cystic lesson seen involving the both adnexa, largest on right side measuring approx. 45*39 mm and largest one left side 42*36mm . No definiteevidence of saptea/solid component/ calcification is seen Sir please guide me .. what's that ? Is our t dangerous?
