Cyst Like Formation on Genital

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I developed a cyst like formation which is transparent and ball like in shape near the head of my foreskin some years ago when I was a child. Some days ago I noticed a skin tag which developed and another very small cyst like formation near it. I am not sexually active. What is this?
