Sir a cyst measuring 23mm is seen in the rt ovary of a 32 yr old female.Kindly advice on the same

if it's a simple cyst , it will mostly resolve on its own ...repeat a scan after a month ...if it stays than a cycles of of pills will help dissolve it.
