Cyst in right overy

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My sonography result says : 1. Bulky right overy with cyst showing clear contents 30mm 2. Free fluid in pelvis and paracolic gutter I was going through sevior pain but now m feeling much better after having meftal spashta and cyclopam. Could it be early pregnancy misunderstood as cyst .. Or it will be cyst for sure?
