The ultrasound report shows three cysts 21x17, 45x34, 55x37 mm in right ovary First is simple, second is hemorrhagic and third mixed echogenic As it was also showing vascular septal .. Dr advised for MRI pelvis and serum tests CA125 is at 9.9, HCG is less than 0.1 and serum carcinoembryonic antigen is 0.8 MRI pelvis confirms ultrasound report as a complex right ovarian cyst As it is not cancerous do you suggest that we go for uterus removal or treat by medicine
