  4. Cyst in ovary. I have to operate?

I m 54 years old..I have 2 kid...recently I have done full abdomen ultra sound according to doctor's prescription.it is showing normal cyst in (3.7mm * 3.5mm)...is it danger?I have to operate? My other reports r ok ... Suggest me
