Unilocular seems to be simple cyst but size is more. Monitor for next period. You will get periods after 2 to 10 days after completing me plate. Do ultrasound pelvis on day 5 or after stoppage of bleeding for size of ovarian cyst.
Next Steps
Consult ayurvedic gynecologist for preconception detoxification Panchakarma treatment and ayurvedic medicines with modification in diet and lifestyle which will repair your hormonal Imbalance and will help you to conceive soon.

Has the cyst been detected for the first time? Usually this kind of a cyst will not interfere with conception especially since your other ovary is showing a growing follicle.
Next Steps
Simple cysts usually disappear after periods but in your case it is unlikely since it is pretty big.
Health Tips
Big size cysts may twist or rupture and it is likely that you need surgical removal of cyst.
You have a simple cyst but it's quite large. Meprate will not interfere with pregnancy. Repeat the ultrasound after periods (day 3-5) for reassessment of cyst. If it still remains large, removal will be needed
