Hi doctor, I had visited doc for eye strain but found it yo be dry eyes..doc had given १० days medicine for dry eye n i was having headache as well..later i visited another doc n he did my eye test chkup n hv -.75 cylendrical number n 170 axis..is anything serious..do i uv to wear glasses always..

Yes.As you are having cylinder, you have to wear the glasses continuously. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Wear the glasses prescribed by the doctor and see if it helps with your eye strain. As not wearing spectacles if you have power can cause strain.nothing serious
