Cuts on the foreskin on the penis
For the past one week my foreskin on the penis is not retracting enough and I have small cuts on the foreskin which makes very painful to retract ; normally I can retract my foreskin ; but after this issue I am unable to retract without pain ; help me out and suggest a suitable medication or consultant
