Cut On Penis - I Have A Small Cut On My Upper Portion Of Penis

I have a small cut on my upper portion of penis skin. It is not healing from 7 days. I applied T-BAN ointmemt on this but the result is zero. What medicine or ointment should i apply? Please suggest.
