Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have a cut on my panis during sex , that time it was not painful but bleeding too much. I scared and put my finger on it for 3 to 5 minutes. Then t bleeding was stop. During urine it was painful. The cut is on the point where the upper skin joint with the inner head of the panis. What to do?
