Cut on furunculosis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

During shaving wrongly I made a cut on furunculosis on neck. I consult with doctor. He given me T-bact ointment and ceplox -500. I am taking pills from past one week. On that furunculosis I have no pain but no improvement. Kindly help me out with a good doctors.
