Asked for Female, 30 Years

At time of sex got cut at nimple from teeth. After 3 days yesterday wore bra and while removing some dry skin and liquid was stuck on it. It was painful to remove bra. Cloths get stuck to it as well it is paining a lot if anything touches it. Can see pinkish skin after shower but gets dry again till night since 4-5 days. Wht shd I do? Was applying Boreline.
