M26, A white layer(smegma) is formed inbetween my Penis Foreskin, it goes when i wash it warm water but creates again in few days, having a stingy smell too. Have stopped having sex with my wife because of this. Afraid whether i shldn't pass-on any disease to her. How to prevent it permanently?
