After consulting opthalmologists and neurologists, Adie's Pupil Idiopathic has been identified in my right eye. The pupil is dilated and it doesn't constrict. I find it very difficult to face light and everything is blurry to the eye. Doctors say use goggles when you're out. However, isn't there a permanent treatment to this syndrome? Do I have to accept being blur-visioned in one eye henceforth?

If pilocarpine doesn't cause any problem ie headaches etc and pupil constructs then you can continue with that but if it causes headache then...
You may have a cosmetic contact lens with central 2mm pupillary area clear .If you have some refractory error, even that can be incorporated in that.
