Your symptoms are not suggestive of acid reflux. It may be irritation due to your OTC medication. Stop it. In addition you may be having some infection which is presenting with fever, headache. It would be better to show yourself to your physician instead of seeking remedies on such platform.

Kindly describe duration of symptoms and
Symptoms relation to food ?
For medications
Start an a lifestyle modification which is of utmost importance
Avoid oily and fat rich foods and spicy foods ( chocolates,deep fried items)
Don’t lie immediately after food intake
Walk for 20 mins atleast per day
Start pantaprazole 40 Mg once daily empty stomach in morning
Syrup sucralfate 5ml three times for 5 days
Tab paracetamol 500 mg for fever and headache sos.

tab gelusil 3 times a day after food for 5 days
syp. sucrafil o twice a day before food for 5 days.
