Need not worry about CT value in RT PCR, continue home isolation with monitoring of vitals like temperature heart'rate and oxygen saturation every 6 th hourly,if any persistent cough/ fever,or new onset of breathlessness consult pulmonologist
Next Steps
take protein rich diet and maintain adequate oral hydration

Ct value tells us about viral load in a person
Less than 25 is high viral load
Greater than 25 is less viral load
It can not predict disease severity but u shd continually monitor saturation 5 times a day and other parameters
Next Steps
Isolation must for 7 days .
Monitor saturation
Give plenty fluids
Do crp / d dimer n IL6 on 7th day of illness
Hi. I understand your concern. Do a online consult for a detailed analysis of symptoms and reports to suggest you further management plan and treatment prescription for the same
Do not depend upon ct value. Monitor the symptoms, and spo2, and fever.if symptoms persists,if spo2 is less than90,persistent fever, then you have to worry. May need hospitalization.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
