Cryptic pregnancy
I last had sex 2 months back. i had taken ipill then so my period immediately after taking the ipill was only spotting for 6 days. the period after that was proper flow for 6 days. i did pregnancy test many times it was negative. day before yesterday i did an ultrasound too it was normal. i heard about cryptic pregnancy for someone. and now i'm worried about it. i also suffer from pcod. i want to know how common is cryptic pregnancy. And should i be worried about it? having some abdominal pain since two days

No chance of pregnancy as you had a normal flow and USG shows nothing, however if you still are worried get a betahcg test done .
