Crush injury in(RT)hand

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir, I have stiffness in my right hand forearm, index finger piv, ring finger mcp joint. I'm continuously doing physiotherapy , hot wax bath & ultrasound therapy. Still the stiffness is there. What I do? It's too painful. I don't know any upper had orthopaedic Surgeon at kolkata or near by.
