CRP Level is high

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi , My husband went for blood report to just check if he don't have corona as I am pregnant . My husband blood report came with CRP of 39.8 . He has cured with tb in childhood and cured with corona last 8 months back ( with infection showed in lungs ). Currently he don't have a single symptom of illness , can I please know why CRP showed high . Is it because of Covid or because of previously effected (and cured)disease.please help on it . Attached report
