During the medication I had spotting once and later on 10th day i.e. 01bfeb period started and still bleeding . What is the solution to my situation . My tsh is high and I'm taking 125mcg thyronorm . This prolonged periods I have been experiencing since 3/4 yrs even when my thyroid was under control.

At 44 yrs, we would expect to decrease the size of the fibroid. But you are having menstrual irregularities. Did you have any recent USG report? Fibroids at this age indicated hyperestrogenic state and need further testing because you are still having Heavy menstrual bleeding. Connect online for prescription for investigations
