Cremaffin syrup during pregnancy
I'm 13 weeks pregnant. How often can I take Cremaffin syrup for constipation? Is it okay if I take it on alternate days or after every 2 days? I am getting constipated inspite of drinking 14 glasses of water daily. Doctor suggested me to take Rantac with Martifur for mild urine infection. Does taking Rantac cause constipation as a side effect?

If you are constipated..you need to have high fibre diet..
Increase vegetable and fruits in your diet and also try to go for a walk at night before sleeping..
You cn tk cremaffin daily also ..
other alternatives are isabgol .
