Creatinine level

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Last month my creatinine level was 1 ( 0.70 to 1.18) GFR 97 Yesterday it came 1.18 ( 0.6 to 1.3 ) I am very anxious as a creatinine tends to upper limit Actually from the last 5 years , I have been suffering from spondylopathy, sometimes when I flare up , I take nsaid as rhumetologists, pls suggest how can I reduce creatinine, i take nsaid in very extreme situations when pain is unbearable

It because u did creatine in different lab and they used a different kit with diff range ,do it from one lab for more stable result
