Cream type substance in my breast milk

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi Doctor, I have a baby girl aged 3 months, i am breast feeding her. I observed that from last few days , there comes cream type substance in my breast milk. Photos attached. Could you please let me know if this is normal or I need to take further steps for it ? I am worried. Thank you !
