My son is 2year old and crashing his teeth during night .. Dr suggested bandy plus syrup .. please suggest more on this ? Also he got fever can I give him bandy plus ?

Send his stool for routine and microscopy test.cyiu can give bandy plus syrup as advised. That's for worm infestation . Grinding of teeth one cause is worm infestation,iron deficiency anemia etc. Sometimes normal at this age, don't give to much attention if nothing works,may settle on it's own.
