Cramps in legs continously,head ache
Greetings to you doctor. I m having head ache from morning to evening. And i am having dizziness,cramps in legs and hands. I went to get my CBP.it showed that i had less platelets count. I have high hemoglobin content 14.7 I usually have no bad habbits.i dont drink and i dont even smoke. Monocytes are less to..they are in the range 01. MCH and MCHC values are low too. I used to skip break fast before.. I got acidity and getting pains near heart and burning sensation.I used acid reflux tabletd for 30 days prescribed by doctor.but that didnt help me. I dont know why i am having these cramps,dizziness and lazyness. Can you please suggest me what to do.

Eat and Drink only at food three times food timings. Frequent eating and drinking habit itself is a cause for acidity and headache and laziness. Excess water/ liquid intake without thirst itself hampers digestion by diluting digestive secretions and so the fermentation of foods consumed. So maintain the three times food timings and follow your body urges like hunger and thirst. Drink ginger boiled water along with food. No other liquid / water advised.. for 2 days.. all three times.. Ginger water should be very mild.. Half tsp chopped wet ginger or quarter tsp dry ginger powder in a liter of water boiled and Luke warm to drink... This is ratio.. can drink according to thirst. Good to get a correction in food sleep activity pattern to avoid recurrence
