  4. Cramps, dark stool. Is 4 times a week.

Cramps, dark stool
I am getting cramps during passing stools, acidity in the morning and pain, dark brown stools, and little  pain after eating which circulates whole stomach. Sometimes i feel movement under ribs at left side like its pulse. Is there any serious condition. I burp around 10 times a day and my duration of passing stools is 4 times a week.
