Cramps but not bleeding

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi Dr my gf took the pills last night around 00:30am the cramps started few minutes after the intake n direction of use was she put two pills under her tongue and pushed two inside her Virgina. But now she still has the cramps but not blood coming out. Is there any she can take or drink to bleed quickly. Mayb something natural like green tea or rooibos tea
