Cramps but no period

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi I am 31 years old, planning to conveive. I had undergone HSG in which one tube was diagoned blocked. After follicular study I was put on duphaston and now I am three days up and no period but cramps. Pregnancy test negative.Could this be negative due to early test or is it because of duphason that period is not coming. Should i stop duphaston from today.
