I've taken 1 pill of krimson 35 and stopped taking it and having cramps what should I do its been 5 days I've taken on 5th day of my periods and stopped after 1 pill

This effect will gradually fade away ,no need of taking any pain killer,but in case u are suffering from PCOs u can take start with these pills again.
