Cramping pain At 15 week

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hey, I am 15 weeks 2 days pregnant, having lightning / cramping type of pain somtimes at centre of lower abdomen, sometimes at right side of lower abdomen ..what it could be? Also have stopped progesterone (orally and vaginally) 2 days back.
