Cramping but no period for almost 2 week
Hi ,sonogram of the uterus reveals a homogeneous uterus measuring 9.4*4.3*6.5cm.Volume of =47.60g. No myoma or cyesis seen.There is fluid-fluid structure noted within the right ovary & measures 4.0*2.2cm.The cyst measures 2.0*1.4cm but normal left ovary noted. Pouch of Douglas shows scanty fluid collection. Impression: simpls cyst of the right,pelvic inflammatory Disease. what is wrong with me & how serious is it

Nothing serious. PCOD/PCOS (poly cystic ovary disease / syndrom ) is common today in women of reproductive age. faulty lifestyle/ faulty dietary habits and stress are generally sought causative factor but no definite relation could be established till day. and menstrual disorders are common with pcos. you may take pain killer for pain . and if problem persists you may consult a doctor in your area.
